Cancellation Policy

Short term stay (less than 14 nights): guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Long term stay (greater than 14 nights): For reservations exceeding 14 nights that are booked more than 30 days in advance, a strict 72-hour "cooling off" period applies. Such bookings may only be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of the initial booking time. After this window, the standard refund tiers do not apply, and the reservation becomes non-refundable. This policy is designed to ensure the stability of long-term reservations. Given the difficulty of rebooking extended stays on short notice, cancellations outside of the initial 72-hour window are restricted to protect the property's availability and operational requirements.

There shall be no refunds due to shortened stays, ruined expectations, or circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, including but not limited to inclement weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, mandatory evacuations, power outages, acts of God, or utility interruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen disruptions.
